Duet Classes
In privates the student is exposed to the full Pilates system with the specialized equipment to get all that Pilates has to offer. Duets are a great way to get the benefits of a private in a more affordable way by sharing the attention of an instructor with a fellow student. Many students also think of duet sessions as a great time to spend time with a friend or family member.
